Let's Read Books Together 📚

We want to read more indie books—the ones written by people in this community.

Books that don’t have big marketing budgets.
Books made with love and grit.
Books that matter.

So we’re starting The Indie Lit Book Club.

One book a month.
Low-pressure, slow-paced, and focused on the joy of reading.

Each month, we’ll choose three books from our subscriber book directory, and the community will vote on which one to read next.

📚 Anyone can join the reading, voting and discussion—you don’t need to be a paid subscriber to participate.
But if you're a paid subscriber, your book will automatically be eligible for the book club. It’s one of the ways we highlight and support the writers who keep this space going.

You’ll get a direct link to the winning book (usually on Amazon or the author’s website), so it’s easy to grab a copy and read at your own pace.

And if you want to leave a review, you’re welcome to, it can be a great way to support the author, help them reach more readers, and even use the feedback for their marketing.

No pressure. Just genuine support.

We’ll open the comments for reflections, favorite lines, reactions, and conversation.

To keep this a welcoming and enjoyable space, we ask that everyone:

• Shares thoughts kindly and respectfully

• Marks spoilers with a warning

• Keeps promotions out of discussion unless related to the featured books

• Have fun reading and support indie stories

The first poll drops in two weeks.

Full book club guidelines will be shared soon for anyone who wants them.
